Sahra Noor

Sahra Noor is an award-winning CEO, consultant, facilitator and healthcare strategist with nearly 20 years of progressive experience in government, academia, business and non-profits. Most recently, Sahra served as CEO of People’s Center Clinics and Services - a network of integrated community clinics, providing medical, dental, mental health and social services. Prior to that, Sahra worked as a hospital administrator and clinical operations director for a health insurance company. A thought leader in community development, public policy and healthcare management, Sahra has worked tirelessly to build programs, policies and care-delivery models that benefit marginalised and minority groups, with a particular focus on women's health and the East African diaspora.

Born in Somalia, Sahra lived in neighbouring Kenya as a refugee in her youth and later moved to the United States. She has recently returned to East Africa to contribute to the ongoing development of the region’s health systems, promote partnerships between organisations and the communities they serve, and to help build leadership skills among women and girls.

At Grit Partners, Sahra leads a team of multilingual, highly qualified and results-driven associate consultants who are experienced at both local and international levels.
